Unless clearly stated as “New”, all items we sell are used and/or refurbished.

Each item is data-wiped and tested before sale.

Cosmetic condition is described using our grading system:

  • Grade A – Excellent condition with minimal signs of use

  • Grade B – Good condition with some visible cosmetic marks

  • Grade C – Noticeable cosmetic wear but fully functional

These grades are a guide only. Minor cosmetic imperfections may not be fully described.

Some images are used for listing purposes only, however all products will adhere to the stated grading standard. The exact unit received may differ slightly in appearance..

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are in £ GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We may change prices at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.

Payment must be made in full at time of purchase. If fraud or payment issues are suspected, we may cancel and refund the order.

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation email.

If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we may cancel and refund you.

You must provide correct delivery information.

5. Delivery

We normally dispatch within 2 working days of payment.

Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk transfers to you upon delivery to the address specified.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please sign as “damaged” (if possible) and notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a courier claim.

Unless otherwise stated, refurbished items include a 30-day hardware warranty from delivery.

This does not cover:

  • accidental or liquid damage

  • misuse or neglect

  • viruses or software issues

  • data loss

  • unauthorised repairs or modifications

Batteries are consumables. We guarantee they hold a charge but not original runtime.

Opening the device or changing components without approval may void the warranty.
